Full refund guarantee: If your Founder Sprint is not delivered within 48 hours of your intake form submission, you receive a full refund. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@flowmap.digital with your order email and reason
2. We will confirm within 24 hours
3. Refund processed via Razorpay within 5-7 business days

When refunds apply

• Sprint not delivered within 48 hours of intake submission
• Technical issues preventing access to your deliverable
• Duplicate payment

When refunds do not apply

• After Sprint has been delivered and accessed
• Disagreement with recommendations (reach out — we will revise)
